The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Certification of the Title to the Land

Under the bill (Reg. No.6422), if an official delays the issue of
a state act on the title to land, they shall be held liable and pay the penalty
totaling twenty - fifty rates of a non-taxable minimum wage.
If the official is subject to the administrative proceedings for the identical
malfeasance within a year, their actions entail a penalty totaling fifty - two
hundred rates of a non-taxable minimum wage.
The Committee members believe that adoption of
the bill will correct a legal deficiency in the certification of the title to
land, and facilitate efficient settlement of problematic issues related to the
implementation of the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine
regarding Documents certifying the Title to Land, and the Order of Distribution
and Merge of Land Plots."
